To class or not to class that is the question

Having trained regularily for most of my Martial arts career, if two to three times a week is allowed to be regular, I find now that as I teach as well as train, I sometimes lose my train attitude. It does not make sense as at the end of every training session I am pleased with my effort and feel that I have done something.

I was prone to rising a little earlier at least once a week when I just trained, and now I seem to sleep much better that I don't get up as soon as I could. So I am missing those half hours, if I do manage to get to the top of my garden, I have found that to do just the hyung (kata/form) I know means I cannot do them all anymore.

So to train or not to train
Here in my garden, that is a question!
